If you manage sites in both markets, contact either office — scoping, documentation and invoicing run the same way across both, through one point of contact.
For general contractors: we take low-voltage subcontract work in both markets. W-9 and certificate of insurance available on request.

If you're setting us up as an approved vendor, request the package and we'll send it as a set rather than piecemeal.
Insurance
$1M general liability and $1M professional liability, carried through Hiscox. Certificate of insurance issued to your entity on request, with additional insured endorsement where a contract requires it.
Documentation
W-9, certificate of insurance and references supplied together. Signed vendor agreements, MSAs and purchase order terms reviewed and returned promptly.
Working with your process
We invoice against purchase orders, work to written scopes and change orders, and supply as-built documentation at completion for your records and your next contractor.
